Employee share ownership scheme

Employee Share Ownership Scheme has been initiated in recognition of employees with unblemished long service history of 15 years with Techno Group. This has been created in line with the vision of our Chairman of empowering the employees and give them opportunity to become true owners of Techno Group in a future date.

Employees who become eligible and continue to be in service are annually get rewarded with this Employee Share Ownership Scheme.
